The services described below are available for a wide variety of problems which include depression, anxiety, phobias, sexual abuse and dysfunction, eating and sleeping disorders, substance abuse, stress, interpersonal conflict, low self-esteem, and other issues that disrupt the pursuit of a fulfilling life.

INDIVIDUAL PSYCHOTHERAPY is the process of meeting alone with a therapist, usually on a weekly basis, to explore and identify areas of personal conflict and turmoil and to develop strategies for resolution.

COUPLE'S THERAPY is focused upon the interaction between intimate partners that impede upon the satisfaction on one of both. Emphasis is placed upon the relationship rather than the individual.

FAMILY THERAPY involves all individuals within the family unit and focuses upon the roles and the interactional process.

GROUP THERAPY is on-going and available to address specific personal and social issues that are best approached with the additional support of others in similar situations.

BEREAVEMENT & GRIEF COUNSELING is directed toward recognizing the importance and meaning of deceased and terminally-ill individuals, how the loss of the relationship will or has impacted us now and in the future, and to develop strategies that will enhance our adaptation and recovery to the loss.

DIVORCE & SEPARATION COUNSELING AND MEDIATION is available to prepare individuals, with or without children, for living separate from one another. Psycho-education will help aid in the development of strategies for navigating this confusing and conflictual period of time. Ensuring equitable outcomes and developing comprehensive parenting plans, that provide for both parents to be actively involved in their children's lives, will assist greatly in the reduction of the hostility.

CHILD & ADOLESCENT COUNSELING is designed to address the developmental needs of the child or adolescent who may be struggling with his or her peers, school work, or issues within the family.

PSYCHOSOCIAL ASSESSMENT & EVALUATION is a thorough process that will clinically evaluate the psychic and interpersonal functioning of the individual.

EXPERT COURT TESTIMONY can be provided on a variety of topics.

WORKSHOPS & PRESENTATIONS are available on an hourly, 1/2 day, or full day basis. Topics include depression, stress reduction & relaxation, art therapy, parental alienation syndrome, child sexual abuse, parent education, bereavement, and clinical intervention paradigms.
